  1. I made a decision long ago,
That “smiles” I adore to bestow,
It doesn’t cost a single cent,
AND kindness is my genuine intent.
I naturally feel good about myself when out and about,
    “Confidence” my smile does “SHOUT”.
An unending magnet of courteously and praises,
    My natural beauty blazes,
    No wrinkles or crow feet,
A “fabulous” appearance that is genuine and complete…

  5. I love bircher muesli with chia seeds, flax meal, and cinnamon. If I'm still hungry, which is rare I eat a small banana.

  6. The food was amazing. Normally wedding apps and dinner are mediocre and forgettable. We had people talking about our food even weeks after the wedding.

  7. We love gluten free blueberry muffins, I make a huge batch and the freeze perfectly, they taste just as fresh when thawed. Very tasty and full of flavour (I use agave nectar, rice milk), always a hit with all at breakfast time (or just as a snack). Nutritious too. :)

  10. As a teacher, each year I read a set book, 'Spanish Omelette' with the children. After we've read the book we make a Spanish omelette for the class to share. They always want a copy of the recipe to take home and make for their family.
